Chapter 3 Cases

After reading through chapter 3, the most interesting case that popped out to me was the controversy over Budweiser’s Fan-Can ad campaign in which the specific university’s colors were put on the can for football season. The biggest controversy was that it was promoting drinking to college students, and not all were legally 21. Personally, I see why the schools were upset, but at the same time I do not think a fan-can would make an illegal drinker decide to drink more. If a college student is going to drink beer, they’re going to drink it regardless of the color of the can…
